I knew Paris had hidden treasures and I just discovered one Jean-Charles's house is quite pleasant and spacious and despite the host's absence I was able to navigate easily through the interior and exterior space while being visually impaired Convenient near the metro and shops I highly recommend it

Excellent welcome from Jean-Charles who immediately puts us at ease and provides all the necessary information to make the stay successful and pleasant. Very quiet place. You feel like you're in the countryside. Don't hesitate to come to this oasis of peace in the heart of Paris.

Jean-Charles's welcome is perfect, he is very flexible with departure and arrival times. The house is very well located and pleasant. The room is a bit spartan, but for the price it is satisfactory.

Peaceful little house in the heart of Paris, a bit of calm in the middle of the Parisian hustle and bustle. Jean Charles's house is an oasis. Jean Charles is very kind, very informative and hospitable. I'll be back without hesitation!

Jean-Charles is a super host! I really recommend this accommodation. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and felt right at home. Very pleasant room in a house with a garden, super quiet while still being in Paris, close to a Metro station and shops.

Communication with Jean-Charles was fast & easy. The bedroom in the 1st floor was as described. Nice, spacious communal areas : Living room with dining area and kitchen, garden with big sunny terrasse. Very quiet / no street noise.
