Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom in my spacious, modern and very bright duplex with two private gardens, in a new, quiet and secure residence. Covered car parking available on request. Located next to metro line 7, Fort d'Aubervilliers station, 25 minutes from central Paris and Châtelet. Next to the cultural venue Le Point Fort and the famous Zingaro theater. Close to the Villette district and the Philharmonie de Paris.

All the shops you need on the avenue opposite (pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, hairdressers, etc.). There's a Fitness Park 50 m away, in front of the apartment, and a public Olympic-size swimming pool 150 m away.

The bedroom has a large French window, enjoying the morning sun and opening onto a small private garden. The double bed (140x200) is comfortable, and the room has a TV (Netflix, Canal+ and other programs), a desk, fiber-optic wifi and a network socket. The bathroom with shower and toilet is for your private use. Shared with me is the living room. It's bright, spacious and has a dining area with an open-plan fitted kitchen. It opens onto a second private garden with sunny afternoon terrace.
