If you are looking for the charm of Parisian roofs for your stay in Paris, I offer you my small apartment/studio which consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate WC. Open view. I love to draw, so do not hesitate to ask me for a portrait if there is the opportunity! :)

The apartment is very well served by public transport (metro 6, 8 and 14, RER A and tram 3A), which allows you to visit Paris very easily. The Eiffel Tower is directly served by line 6 (20/25 min) and the center can be reached in 15 min. You can walk to L'Arena de Bercy in 15min. Gare de Lyon is a 20 min walk away, but also directly accessible by metro (5 min). The Bois de Vincennes and Lac Daumesnil are a 5-minute walk away.

A pleasant stay with Andrea in this small but well-designed studio. Calm environment and a few shops nearby. A bit out of the way, but well served with the metro close by. Everything was ready for my arrival :) Thank you Andrea for your welcome.

Very warm welcome from Andrea. Simplicity and friendliness in a true ******** spirit. The apartment is very quiet and functional with comfortable furnishings.
