Comfortable apartment of 52m2, which can accommodate up to 4 people, comprising 1 bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom (shower). It is fully equipped (Wifi, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, hob...) You will feel at home. You will be seduced by its proximity to quality shops, in particular a bakery, a chocolate factory, and a starred chef's restaurant. We had an excellent stay here. Nico and JB were fantastic hosts who communicated well before our stay and were there to welcome us upon arrival. It's a great flat in a fantastic location and was perfect for our short stay in the city. I'd look to book here again the next time I'm in Paris. Merci les gars!

Nico & Jb are exemplary hosts with a beautiful apartment, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and use as a base from which to explore Paris. The attention to detail from being greeted at the apartment and shown the ins and outs of how things work to the wee welcome basket, the experience of our stay her was second to none and hopefully we can visit again in the future.
