Enjoy an elegant, architect-renovated apartment at the foot of the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery and in the heart of the vibrant Ménilmontant neighborhood, with its cafés, artists’ studios, and Place Edith Piaf.

The room overlooks a quiet courtyard. From both sides, you’ll enjoy a view of the Paris rooftops from the 6th floor.

A lovely street market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday morning right outside the apartment, where you can shop from local producers. It’s 200 meters from a gay sauna, near the Saint-Maur/Square Gardette neighborhood—Paris’s new small gay district.

We might be there at the same time as you; we’ll let you know when you send your booking request. We love hosting and showing our guests around our neighborhood! In any case, if we’re there, the apartment is limited to 2 guests. If we’re not there, you can have up to 4 guests.

The apartment is our home. It was redesigned by an interior designer; it’s our cozy little nest, which we cherish very much. Due to a last-minute departure this summer, we weren’t able to set up a cleaning service. Therefore, there is no cleaning staff, so guests must clean the apartment before leaving. We’ve adjusted the price accordingly, and we hope you won’t mind.

Vincent and Peter have a really beautiful and well-designed apartment and are amazing hosts that made it a really special stay. It was a pleasure to spend time in such a lovely apartment getting to know them. Located in the quieter neighbourhood of Gambetta, with excellent Metro access. Vincent and Peter were extremely communicative, friendly, conscientious and helpful as hosts... not to mention incredibly smart, interesting and handsome guys!
