Large 2 rooms with sunny terrace and great view on Paris

This was our second visit to Thierry's great home. Arriving "home" because this is what it feels like, we were met by Coline who showed us around. Later she checked all was OK. We also heard from Thierry ensuring we were happy. The apartment is immaculate and is truly spacious. There is a desk for if you have to work, and a great terrace for dining. There is a large bright kitchen complete with washing machine. You are close to the Metro in easy reach to all off Paris.

This visit was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic. Thierry was very generous and understanding then. Due to the pandemic, we actually had more time to interact and become acquainted. When we reapplied in 2021 for 2022, we had developed a level of trust in each other, which was very reassuring. When our application was successful, Thierry wrote, "Welcome home." That told me so much about this great guy. We loved his sweet home, which reflects on him and his passions. We felt very responsible about treating it as we would our home. I hope we get the chance to return to our comfy home in Paris in the future. Thanks Thierry!

Thierry's apartment was wonderful, the pictures simply do not do it justice! There's a metro station within less than a minute's walk & the view from the balcony is breathtaking! The apartment was perfect in every way, the place is even better in person! There is a metro station less than a minute's walk away, the view from the balcony is sublime and the decor is magnificent. Not to mention the host who was very welcoming and easily reachable for anything. I recommend!

Thierry's apartment was wonderfully located just 15-minutes away via subway from the mad pace of the Marais and all the tourist attractions, but was very close to the Buttes-Chaumont park, markets, boulangeries, brasseries, and was very walkable. The apartment was impeccable, tastefully decorated, very clean, and very well appointed. If given the opportunity, I would most certainly stay at Thierry's apartment again during my next visit to Paris.

Thierry's home was a beautiful place to stay while we were in Paris. Apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and in a wonderful section of Paris convenient to all public transportation, shops and restaurants. While we did not get to meet Thiery, his excellent communication with us about our arrival and his wonderful neighbor that he arranged to let us into his home and give us a tour of the building was extremely nice and informative. We would recommend Thierry's home to anyone wanting a nice place to stay while in Paris.

This has to be one of the sunniest balconies in Paris, coming with a stylish, masculine and well equipped apartment. Location is not necessarily central but is in a vibrant Parisien community perched on a hill with views across the city. Supermarket, boulangerie, Buttes-Chaumont park and the metro with a direct line to the La Marais gay area are all on hand. Highly recommended.

Very nice, pleasant and spacious apartment with a great view on Paris day and night. Metro and supermarket are very close. Thierry is friendly, reliable and uncomplicated. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this apartment and Paris. :-)
