Very good value for money. Even though it's off the beaten path, with a metro station close to the accommodation, you can easily get around all of Paris.

The accommodation is easy to access compared to the metro. Upon arriving in this space, I felt at home (independent room very clean with the possibility to prepare breakfast). Beautiful decoration. I spent a very good night in a peaceful environment (much appreciated). Even though I couldn't meet Arvind, I was able to get answers to my questions either by SMS or by phone. I recommend this place without hesitation.

The accommodation is functional and complete. Unfortunately, it is located quite far from everything and contacts with Arvind remained very "impersonal" since they were only through the platform

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. For €30 a night in Paris, some compromises are inevitable. If you're looking to be just steps away from the Eiffel Tower, the budget would be different. The Misterbnb platform facilitates exchanges and late arrivals, which prevented us from meeting. For a more personalized service, a hotel would be more suitable. Kind regards, Arvind

Arvind is an outstanding host. Living above the rented studio, he was constantly attentive and available throughout my stay. The studio is very pleasant, quiet, and overlooks a garden. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Alvin is a thoughtful host who cares about the well-being of his guests. The exchanges before the stay were smooth with a constant desire to prepare the welcome in the best possible conditions. Upon arrival, Alvin was considerate and attentive, and we were able to chat about many topics during the evening. I fully recommend because you will be in a cocoon that feels wonderful. The accommodation is very close to Metro line 8 and you can have things delivered if needed. Thank you very much Alvin and see you very soon because I will be back.
