I felt very comfortable at Alain's place who was a charming and pleasant host. He even invited me to accompany him to the theater as he had an extra ticket. The apartment is admittedly small but functional, entirely adequate for the price asked. I think I've found my new go-to spot when visiting Paris. Thank you again Alain

Alain is a great guy. And the apartment is in a great location. Alain went above and beyond to make everything for me very comfortable and easy. He was very helpful, kind, relaxed and easygoing. So, even though the apartment is small, it was a great place to stay. To me, its smallness was charming and fun. I also loved how it was decorated. And Alain was just wonderful. Cozy space with a very kind and generous host

Alain is a remarkable host: available, friendly, and pleasant to talk with. Despite my early departure, he was available and even made me a coffee! Royal. The location is great and the accommodation matches the description; the bed is very comfortable; the neighborhood is quiet and well-served by the metro; in short, I had a really great time with Alain.
