Fabrizio embodies the art of conversation. From the moment he welcomed me, I knew I wouldn't regret my choice. He is warm and shows genuine interest in human relationships. The moments we spent sitting on his sofa are among the highlights of my short stay in Paris. I greatly enjoyed discussing with him his professional and personal journey, which is very interesting and unique. He is a very sociable person who values people, and I'm delighted to have had the opportunity to meet him in his own well-appointed home. Don't hesitate to ask for accommodation; your stay will be all the richer for it.

What more can be added to the praise that previous reviews have expressed about the welcome reserved by Fabrizio for his travelers? We certainly agree, without reservation, with everything that has been said. I would just add that it is exceptional to meet a host as attentive as he is to the personality, tastes, and expectations of the person he receives. Such capacity for listening and openness to others is rare. So don't delay in going to his place, run to enjoy unforgettable moments in his company.

Like many others have already said staying with Fabrizio is like catching up with a friend you have known for years. Warm and friendly with some great stories to tell you he goes out of his way to make your stay memorable and comfortable. I definitely recommend you stay with Fabrizio if you get the chance. Apartment is very clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighbourhood with a great view over the city.

Firstly this is really hard to write about Fabrizio cause every thing has been said already. He is a wonderful host, attentive and kind. The pizza and several cakes he made were amazing. He is a great cook. 5 star Hotel rating I would give him. I laughed so much when there. Leaving was hard as I had been totally immersed into Paris. Oh the views. Seeing the Eiffel Tower light up from the property is beautiful. His home is spotless. The room I slept in was so comfortable. He loves to travel and shares that. Thank you. You are a diamond as a host. Do not change.

Wonderful stay! Fabrizio is a super host - accommodating, caring, attentive, generous, with a great sense of humor and lots of fascinating stories. After just a few minutes I felt like we were old friends, catching up. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable, and everything else is just perfect. Fabrizio goes out of his way to make you feel at home, and I can't wait to come back! Merci, mon ami!!

If you're just looking for accommodation in Paris, don't go to Fabrizio's. If you don't like stories of a wild life, move on. If you don't want to hear anecdotes told by someone passionate about his family and friends, stay away. But if you love sharing, chatting, lounging on a couch, and feeling like you've known your host forever, then you've chosen the right place! P.S.: The apartment is perfect but it's almost a detail!

Fabrizio is a free spirit, very welcoming; the room is perfect. He is very hospitable by offering coffee and cooking to perfection. You must agree on a schedule for leaving the apartment and arriving each day to avoid any surprises. Fabrizio is a good conversationalist, I recommend him to you.
