The apartment is located in a small, quiet, secure residence (janitor), in the heart of a green setting. It's fully equipped, comfortable and very pleasant to live in. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing, eating out, sunbathing, etc. Just a 4-minute walk from metro line 13, you'll be within easy reach of central Paris (Gare St Lazare in 20mins, Gare de Lyon in 25mins). Several buses nearby.
The neighborhood has many shops and supermarkets.

Very pleasant stay with Nicolas and Mickael! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We have access to the kitchen. The bedroom is quite large and has a small balcony. It's peaceful and we were welcomed warmly! Thank you to you both

Friendly welcome. Staff available. Beautiful place, very calm and green, and relatively close to Paris city center. Apartment spotless. I highly recommend. Interesting rates.

We didn't get the chance to interact much, nevertheless Nico and Mika were very welcoming and kind. The apartment is nicely decorated and peaceful, and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend 100%.

Nicolas and Mickael were very welcoming. They did their best to be available upon my arrival in Paris to receive me at their place and show me the apartment. Communication is very easy. They are considerate people and respectful of their tenant's well-being. The apartment corresponds exactly to the description. It is very well located and the setting is really nice.

Nicolas and Mika are cute, interesting and eminently nice. Everything was perfect. The apartment is very functional, the sofa bed is comfortable and the sheets smelled nice. It was a very lovely evening, thank you.
