Situated in the golden triangle between le Marais , Le canal Saint Martin and République Square the apartment is super central and close to shopping area, markets, restaurants and bars while remaining in very safe, preserved calm street.

The spacious and well decorated apartment is very bright and 65 m2 large. It offers one large bed room with a kingsize bed, a large living room with large vintage sofa and a spacious dining area, a functional kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator very nice and typical parisian building with a very charming planted courtyard.

The apartment is located between the famous Marais, the Canal Saint Martin and République Square. The Marais is in a 10 minuted walking distance where you can find a large shopping area and all gay and gay friendly bars, restaurants and clubs.

Along the Canal Saint Martin you will find a large number of cafes and bars ,and is ideally situated for jogging and sportive activities all around the canal.

At the Republique Square you will find all major Metro Lines to organise sightseeing tours as well as cultural visits as very centrally located.

Wonderful experience! Just as described, this is a very large and spacious full apartment with all the amenities. Third floor access from the elevator made moving luggage very easy. Many windows allowed for natural light and airflow. Burak was great with communication, and check-in/check-out was very easy. Perfect spot to stay to enjoy the city, and can't wait to come back!

Really great and spacious apartment, close to multiple cool districts with plenty to offer. Also, great connection by public transportation to anywhere in Paris. The apartment had everything you may ask for: a comfortable bed, a stylish living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a nice and clean bathroom, and a high-speed stable wifi. It's a quiet and modern space for solo travelers or couples. Last but not least, Burak is a great host, very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommended!

The apartment is big, clean and well equipped. The area is very central, there is lots of restaurants and bars and basically everything you need until very late. Burak it self is such a friendly guy, very easy and helpful, he answered all my messages in few minutes. I had such a great time here, well recommended.

Very well-located apartment, close to several metro stations. Burak is a very friendly and responsive host. Perhaps warn older people that the elevator goes up but the descent is via stairs (3 floors). Pleasant stay.
