Situated in the golden triangle between le Marais , Le canal Saint Martin and République Square the apartment is super central and close to shopping area, markets, restaurants and bars while remaining in very safe, preserved calm street.
The spacious and well decorated apartment is very bright and 65 m2 large.
It offers one large bed room with a kingsize bed, a large living room with large vintage sofa and a spacious dining area, a functional kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator very nice and typical parisian building with a very charming planted courtyard.
