Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find all the services you need in the large shopping center of Saint Denis Basilique: Carrefour supermarket, boutiques, restaurants. There's also the covered Saint Denis market and the market on the Basilica square, open three times a week (Sunday, Tuesday and Friday), where you can enjoy strolling around and discovering all kinds of tropical food products from all over the world.
My department doesn't overlook the Boulevard de la Commune de Paris. It overlooks a very quiet courtyard and, further on, you'll find the cemetery.
The neighborhood is lively, multicultural, colorful and joyful.

- Attention, water heating is working between 01h40 and 08h00. Pay attention to that fact to make sure hot water is available all day long.
- Likewise, between 23h00 and 06h00 please keep silence for sleep. Radio and TV should be listened using headphones.
- To me tidiness and cleanliness in the shared parts of the apartment is important. Please keep that in mind and do not leave personal things where they do not belong. Also the dishes shall not be left in the washbasin but be stored again in the cupboard. If you use the kitchen, please make sure to clean all surfaces afterwards. The cleanliness of the bathroom is of utmost importance (so please pay special attention when using the toilet and avoid that hair is spread across the floor).
- Smoking is only allowed outside and strictly forbidden inside the apartment as a smoke detector will automatically be activated.
- The apartment is not suitable for animals.
- If you receive guests, this has to be announced beforehand.
- There is a surveillance camera installed as I have been victim to a theft. It is located in my room, where you are not allowed to access without my prior permission.
