Luis is really a very good and nice host. We passed great time together during my stay at his place. He gave me all the information and tips about Paris and helped me a lot. When I arrived in Paris he even went to the airport to receive me and take me to his place together. I was really moved about that. And his place is also in a good location even though it is a little bit far from the city center. But the metro is very convenient to go to the city center and a Carrefour nearby where you can find out anything you want with cheap price. It was really an unforgettable and great experience for me staying in Paris. Thanks very much!

I recommend this very quiet accommodation. One might have preconceptions about St Denis, but the apartment offers a view of the cemetery. Close to public transport.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet appartement et bien qu'il ne soit pas situé en plein cœur de Paris, l'appartement reste bien desservi par le métro, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les principales attractions de la ville. Il y a la nouvelle ligne 14 qui est très pratique depuis l'aéroport d'Orly. Luis m'a gentiment montré les différents commerces du quartier, y compris le grand supermarché Carrefour à proximité. Il a même eu la délicate attention de m'offrir quelques viennoiseries, ce qui a été apprécié. La pièce où j'ai dormi se trouvait au salon. Si vous souhaitez vous lever un peu plus tard, je vous recommande de fermer la porte du salon, cela aide à attenuer les bruits si Luis se lève tôt pour faire son sport. Concernant les règles à respecter, il est important de savoir qu'il faut enlever ses chaussures à l'entrée. Si vous n'aimez pas vous doucher à l'eau froide (temperature ambiante), le matin, sachez que Luis fera le nécessaire pour allumer la chaudière et avoir une douche tiède ou chaude. Lors des Jeux Olympiques, j'ai apprécié la présence accrue de sécurité dans le quartier, ce qui était très rassurant. Cela a ajouté une sensation de tranquillité et de sécurité durant tout mon séjour. En résumé, cet appartement est une bonne option pour ceux qui cherchent un hébergement fonctionnel et bien situé pour assister à des événements au Stade de France, tout en restant connecté au reste de Paris grâce au métro.

Luis is such a kind host that he came to the train station to take me to his place, also treat me a welcome meal. Location of his place is just a bit outside Paris circle but accessible by Metro. Even the bed is in the living room, but I felt that I had a large room for myself. Luis also took me to have a swim in the local swimming pool on a public holiday. I had a comfortable time to stay in Luis place. Definitely recommend it.
