COEUR BATIGNOLLES - refurbished - Small apartment (37m2) refurbished in May - very quiet (overlooks 2 inner courtyards; each room has 1 opening); equally quiet building. This is an apartment for living, not a room in a luxury hotel!
4.8 stars on other platforms, I recently registered here.

It's a normal apartment. You can gather around the kitchen bar to watch a game with friends, or near the library to remake the world...
On the right: entrance / bathroom (shower...) then main room (sofa bed) + kitchen, projection wall (projector) and on the right, bedroom (queensize bed, large wardrobe)...
A little dark, admittedly, but very quiet and pleasant.
For researchers, readers, etc., there's a library where you can work as needed.
The bar is the ideal place to share a little drink before dinner or going out in the neighborhood (ask me, I've lived in the neighborhood for a long time and know it very well!).
- I tick ideal for proximity to LGBT venues, as several evenings have recently been developed in the north and west of Paris (and 10mn max to get to the Marais via line 14).

- for sports enthusiasts, Parc Monceau and Parc Martin Luther-King are busy with runners and athletes of all kinds, either on their own or with their coaches, not to mention gyms (4 less than 10 minutes away)
- in the apartment, some equipment is available (dumbbells, elastics, ball, floor mats)

Nb: some tenants prefer to remove the anti-fire device. It makes a bit of noise. I leave it up to the tenant to decide whether to keep it or remove it (please put it back - in the entrance hall).
NB2: no microwave oven, but a robot, a multi-task oven much better!
