11 rue Jean-Baptiste Pigalle 1st floor, courtyard view (cool even in summer) My phone ********, Jorge's phone ******** Metro station: Trinité-Etiennes d'Orves (200 meters) or Pigalle (400 meters) You can sleep on the double bed in the bedroom, or on the single sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is non-smoking. If you smoke, please do so near a window. WIFI Bathroom: Be careful not to get caught on the shower column. Kitchen: Make yourself some coffee or tea, and do a bit of cooking, but don't forget to turn off the hob (the letter H - for "hot" - appears when it's off). Please leave the heating on at 19° or 20°, and turn it off when you leave the apartment. Going out: We recommend the use of Vélib rental bicycles (******** with the Pigalle station less than 100 meters away. For your shopping, apart from the Franprix supermarket (just across the street), we recommend the excellent (and expensive) Causses grocery store (55 rue Notre-Dame-de-Lorette), the Bio Mure delicatessen (2 rue de Clichy), and for cheese the Frescolet creamery (wonderful and expensive) at 42 rue Jean-Baptiste Pigalle. The boulangerie Saint-Lazare at 71 rue Saint-Lazare is decent, but the best (and most expensive) bakeries are to be found in the gourmet streets a little further along: rue des Martyrs and rue Lepic.

Fabulous host. Fabulous location. Fabulous apartment. Xavier is attentive and helpful. He prioritized my comfort after an early arrival at the airport. He took great care to make sure I was well oriented. Offering advice over a warm cup of tea! The Pigalle neighborhood is safe, welcoming and charming. I would stay at Xaviers place again and again.🥰

This beautifully furnished, typical small Parisian apartment, where every corner is used efficiently, has enormous charm and is perfectly located in the heart of the city. At night, it is peaceful and quiet. An ideal place both for exploring Paris and for a relaxing stay.

It was good. Nothing of importance to complain about. Great location. Easy and quick check-in and Xavier is open, kind and also seems to have a very interesting and happy life. The decor is personal and everywhere I look there is something interesting to lay my eyes on (the beauty of the apartment is not at all justified in the pictures) I suppose in Paris it's difficult to find an apartment in this location and for this price, in that light it seems like a wonderful catch. Mind you, it's bigger than a hotel room and has two beds and a kitchen. What more would you want?
