PARIS CENTRE LOFT 75 m2

JC a is a great host and the place is as described. Very nice and spacious place compared with others in Paris. Very easy to check-in and to communicate with JC. He gave me great tips about Paris even before my arrival. All the hotels and accommodations in Paris are outside my budget, but this place is worth it compared with others.

JC, our host, was on point with communication regarding the loft, ensuring an easy self check In/out, he was available by phone during our entire stay. The location is everything, at the Strasbourg/St. Denis metro station near by Gare du Nord, making all of Paris easily accessible. Sparkly clean, dead quiet, and well appointed the loft is huge - you won't find this much space in town at this price elsewhere! Yes, it is a walk up, and yes it is work out - my companion and I are both in our 60s and we did fine.

We were really glad that we had found that flat! Of course, you have to be in good shape to get up there, but from the little window upstairs, you see Notre Dame and in the very right corner even the Eiffel Tower. We loved that place! Only one thing you could do better: we missed some instructions for the devices - washing machine, dishwasher and especially the oven with microwave. But that's really all! We hope to come back soon!

This is truly an amazing place. It was perfect for me when I was working remotely in Paris. It is a very spacious and charming loft. A great location where you can access any part of the city easily. The metro is right outside of the door. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Paris

Nothing to say! An attic loft, comfortable and spacious. A host attentive to your needs, very easy to communicate with. You feel at home, everything is at your disposal. A view of the rooftops of Paris with Montparnasse Tower on the horizon. The photos are true to the place: they are even below (this is rarely the case) reality in that the available space is impressive. The mezzanine bed is nice. The climb to the 5th floor is more than rewarded when you settle in at JC's place. I can only encourage you to choose this accommodation which has the advantage of being at the crossroads of the north-south axis and the east-west axis in terms of metro lines.

An extremely lovely private loft right near Porte St. Denis. Don't worry about the big street where the house is located –– the flat itself is in the back courtyard and very quiet at night. Well-located both for gay Paris and for either business or tourist activities in the city (I had both to do). Walkable to many things and for everything else, several Metro lines are right in front of the door with easy access to most parts of the city. The flat itself is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and set up for one or two people. A special shoutout to the little porthole window with a rooftop view over the city -- very charming.
