Charming studio on the 3rd floor of a 1970s building—comfortable, 28 m2, very bright, with a view of the trees on Avenue Gambetta and a large 5 m2 balcony. Very little overlooking from neighboring buildings.

In the sleeping area, there is a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) as well as beige fabric curtains (same as in the living area).

Small kitchen with a fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, and induction cooktop. Bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine, and towel rack.

Towels, sheets, shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, and dish soap are provided.

Please note: No Wi-Fi, but excellent 4G/5G network coverage! A fan can be brought up from the basement if needed. Underfloor heating.
