Charming one bedroom apartment in the Bastille area

Great stay with a great interesting host. This is one of my favorite areas in Paris and it's nice to find such gem of a place to stay. Communication was detailed and smooth. Def would recommend!

I stayed at Patrick's for three nights in early December. Patrick communicated with me a few days before arrival with entrance details and final confirmations. He was the most gracious and accommodating host I experienced on my trip to France and Italy. Always a text away with any questions I wanted to ask during my stay, directions and suggestions on places to eat and where to buy essentials. He was particularly understanding of my frazzled state on arrival as I was just that morning robbed in Milan enroute back to Paris. So I arrived needing a safe space and was not disappointed The area is safe, quiet and is surrounded by cafes, boulangeries, bars and restaurants. Metro stop line 5 Bréguet-Sabin was a few blocks away and I used it to transfer to line 3 at République to go to the Opera Garnier area with the large department stores or to Arts et Métiers Station at Rue Beaubourg with an abundance of Asian oriented restaurants. This didn't appear to be a Chinatown, but there were many Asian restaurants. All in all, a great place to base your stay in Paris in a safe, local and convenient area with a great host. Mahalo!!

Everything was great. The location is in a super cool neighborhood, Patrick is a really nice guy, very attentive and has the apartment in great conditions.

Patrick is a great host and generous too — we had croissants and other pastries waiting for us most mornings. The flat has everything one might need and is located in a great area. The metro is a short walking distance from the flat, there are many shops and restaurants around, and even a great flea market on Sundays just a block away

Patrick was a thoughtful, friendly host who was always ready to help and provide information. Charming touches were available upon arrival, as well as accommodations in organizing arrivals and departures. The apartment is functional for a short to medium-term stay. Located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access. A flawless stay!

The apartment is exactly as described. Patrick is a great host, so welcoming and helpful, I would definitely stay here next time I am visiting Paris. As mentioned in description, elevator is small, so be mindful in case you have big luggage. Aside from that everything is great, Patrick was attentive and available if any help was needed.

Everything is perfect: the apartment is beautiful and very well located and most importantly Patrick is an extraordinary and very nice host: welcoming with lots of little thoughtful touches, generous.
