The 28 m2 apartment is on the 7th and top floor of the building. Small Parisian elevator: one floor to go up - elevator - another floor to go up to be precise. I live next door, on the same floor. The apartment is quiet and bright. Living room overlooking the courtyard, bedroom (double bed) on the street side, but not a noisy street and with soundproofed windows. Market day on Sundays and Thursdays at the end of the street with all kinds of food, vegetables, fruit, meat market, fish market, flowers, etc. The area is close to the Place des Vosges and has many food stores and restaurants. The apartment is NOT air-conditioned, but has fans for summer use.
