A large bedroom invites you to dream sweet dreams in an XXL bed. The terracotta floor will remind you of the house's history (dating back to 1880). The private bathroom is large, with a large Italian shower, and a beautiful whirlpool bath/ SPA for 2. In summer, the exotic garden will surprise you, with its varied vegetation and terraces. An outdoor spa is also available (optional 29€ ttc). A semi-underground swimming pool (unheated) is available from June to September. We can also prepare a delicious dinner (various prices) or a hearty breakfast (several formulas). You have access to the lounge, by the fire in winter :) There's also a small store selling local produce. Many walks and activities in the vicinity.

Here, you will be surprised by the massive calm all aorund, the birds, and other peacefull atmosphere. At only 45' from Paris.
Our friends use to say it's "the hapiness house".
Probably because we enjoy life and make our guests happy.
By train it's easy to arrive à Etampes or DOurdan by C train (terminus RER C), and we pick you by car to go to the house.

We live 1 h from the Marais (central Paris). Numerous châteaux. Fontainebleau, Versailles (45'm). CHartres (Cathedral), Rambouillet, Orléans: 35 minutes; A must will be the in-house music studio, for private concerts or karaoke, and our SPA plateau, for a romantic dinner served in the SPA. many good restaurants in the vicinity (DOurdan, Etampes, ...) Ludic and pretty lake in summer in Etampes, beach and activities.
Run in the village, and swim (at Hudolia in DOurdan) with us!

Patrick and Baptiste are extraordinary hosts; the room and bathroom are really very nice and the garden is very pleasant. We had a very enjoyable time with a nice breakfast.

Anyone who says it's not great, I won't talk to them anymore!!! 🤨 These guys were on vacation but some regulars told me I was missing out on something 😞 So I was welcomed by a super cool woman named Jade, nothing but joy!!! The welcome, the place (😍🥰🌳🍀🪴🏊🏻♂🏡), the atmosphere (🍻🌞💃🕺), the dinner (🍋🟩🧀🍷🍕🧇), the encounters (🎼🎭🍾🌟), in short, I'm repeating myself but anyone who says that...well 😡

Patrick & Baptiste are wonderful hosts and make you feel at home and comfortable. Spacious comfortable room and bed . Bathroom was quite beautiful. The garden is large and private with a pool , jacuzzi and lounging areas , I was there in October so didn't get to use much . It was nice I could bring my dog too .We had nice chats over our meals , they are love guys . Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay with Baptiste and Patrick. Very close to the A10 highway, it's the ideal place for a night or a longer stay. The room is spacious and the private bathroom is top-notch. The garden is magnificent with a very pleasant spa. Don't hesitate to take advantage of Baptiste's culinary talents.

If you want a guaranteed relaxing break at the edge of the Paris region, you've come to the right place. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive. They are adorable and full of talents. They prepared the jacuzzi with candles for me. A sublime moment. The room and bed are very comfortable and quiet. The other guests were very cool too. Definitely doing this again as soon as possible. Kisses to both of you!

Very spacious bedroom and bathroom, very warm welcome from the hosts of this house immersed in a rural setting. Great pleasure discussing music with Patrick, and New Caledonia with Baptiste.

Great stop at Music'Home, at Patrick and Baptiste's place. Apéro, meal, spa and peaceful night, I recommend it without hesitation. And the attentive service with a smile from our hosts, that's priceless!
