Maxime was the perfect host from booking through checkout. He was available to answer questions throughout our trip. He was kind and solicitous, wanting to make our stay as nice as possible. The studio was clean and quite functional for our purposes. The location was perfect - walking distance to many areas as well as a central metro station. The price was such a bargain. We will definitely look to book Pavillon Saint Pol on our next trip to Paris. Thank you kindly Maxime!

Maxime made everything possible to enjoy my stay in Paris. Pocket-size studio in amazing location. Super clean. Super easy check-in/check-out. Will look for it again next time I'm in Paris

Maxime's place was perfect for my stay...small but great location had everything I needed. Opening to a quiet courtyard was a nice touch.

Magnificent little apartment nestled in the heart of Paris. Everything was designed to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Despite Maxime's physical absence, his presence through SMS or by delegation ensured the stay went well. The only minor downside concerns the dehumidifier, which makes a bit of noise. Apart from that, a very quiet building. I recommend it.

Very tiny but cute flat in the heart of the Marais. Very nicely situated on the ground floor looking on to a charming little patio. Central between the Bastille and Châtelet. Comfortable and relaxed. Our host was on holidays but we communicated through this site and if was very helpful. Thanks again. We would surely renew the experience.

Perfectly convenient location. Charming building right near the Metro. Clean, cozy and updated accommodations. The apartment is accessed via the inside of a controlled access adorable courtyard, and is very private. Maxime is helpful, responsive, and kind. Like most Paris locations, the apartment is very small, but perfect for a couple who plans to be out exploring and not sitting around in the hotel/flat.

Thank you Maxime for your warm welcome before and during my stay in Paris. I would say that this studio is ideal for a one-person stay during a visit to Paris, very well located, very comfortable, well-appointed, clean, fast and impeccable wifi etc. You couldn't dream of anything better and I hope to have the chance to return very soon! Thank you!
