11m2 room in 60 m2 flat

1/please bring your own basic hygenic products (toothpaste, perfume, soap etc). don't worry i provide towels. 2/ Note that you have to lock the door and close window when you're going out please respect basic rule of safety; your responsability is engaged in case of robbery. close door and lock door is completly different, i ask you to lock the door with the key ! 3/thanks to respect check in and out's time that we have fixed together (additional charge of 10€ if you re late more than 60mn). NO check in possible between midnight and 8am 4/ take off your shoes in my flat please 5/Thanks to have a look of equipments, it could be different that you would expect and that you wish used. 6/i try to provide ecologic flat so please switch off light when you leave the flat and Sort your waste in appropriate garbage 7/Please don't touch radiators, they are programmed and close widows because radiator runs for nothing if the window is open. do not cover radiator with towel for example 8/ only people who book the room are allowed to enter in the flat 9/toilet paper must be put in toilet and not in garbage 10/ you can use kitchen in reasonable time and of course you have to wash your plate etc after used it. thanks to use plastic ustensils provided to cook in pots and pans. Be aware that if you want to eat in the room and the quilt is stained by tomato for example, the cost of dry cleaning will be charged please be attentive that any respect of this basic rules of safety (leave flat without closing door with key)/ how to live/ deprogrammed radiator/ leave window open when while the radiators work will get an additional charge of 10€/day with no contestation possible. keep in mind that you're welcome in my house but im not an hostal or hotel thanks for your understanding and cooperation please let me know you understood and accepted the house's rule.
