To visit Paris and the surrounding area, stay here! A 60m2 apartment (with 30m2 just for you!) 3 km south of the capital awaits you, in the heart of the city center and next to the Parc de la Maison Blanche and Bois de Clamart.
The separate living room, with its double sofa bed, has ample storage space, reversible air conditioning, two large windows offering natural light and a beautiful view over a pedestrian street. A bathroom / WC is reserved for our guests.

Excellent welcome from Riccardo and Nico. Communication was excellent from the reservation onwards. Once we arrived, we felt right at home and had a great time over dinner. The apartment is very clean, the bed is comfortable and there's plenty of space. Highly recommended. Thank you both for this wonderful stay.

Great welcome from Ricardo. Communication with Ricardo was smooth, both before my arrival and during my stay. His apartment is superb, well-maintained, and the bedding is comfortable. It overlooks a beautiful shopping street in the city center close to restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet. I will be happy to return :)

Riccardo is an exceptional host! He accepted the reservation 48 hours before and did everything to welcome me in the best conditions. The apartment is very pleasant on a quiet street. A living area is reserved for you with a private bathroom! Riccardo is of rare kindness and will know how to make you feel comfortable. I can only recommend you to book!
