I am a 73-year-old man, permanently present in my modest 2-room apartment in PARIS 17ème. I offer for 6 months a year (January-February, April-May, October-November) a dormitory room (with tv and wifi) with a capacity of 8 individual beds (4 mattresses on the floor + 4 bunk beds) for clean and respectful adult men. 30 per night per person. The room can accommodate up to 7 individual travelers or groups (depending on the number of places available). Entrance, corridor, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Access to the living room is possible at certain times (when not occupied as a private room). This room-dormitory is not a "chambre d'hôte", as there is no breakfast or other service: it is simply a "bed in the home". The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building with a small elevator.
