I’m renting out my apartment either as a whole or as a shared space (in which case, I’ll leave my bed and sleep on a mattress in the living room—I’m pretty flexible about that). 🛌🏻

To tell you more about it: I’ll be welcoming you to my 30m2 apartment located on the 6th and top floor (no elevator) of an older building, facing the courtyard—it’s very quiet! 🤗

Bright and welcoming, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (with TV), a bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a shower room (without a removable showerhead), and a separate toilet. ⛅

Nudism is permitted; however, out of respect for the neighbors, it may only be practiced with the curtains closed. 🌿

Regarding location and public transportation: Located in the heart of the Saint Blaize neighborhood, the apartment is close to the T3B tram line’s Marie de Miribel station (150 m), Metro Line 3’s Gambetta or Porte de Bagnolet stations (900 m), Metro Line 9 at Porte de Montreuil or Maraîcher (600m), Metro Line 1 at Porte de Vincennes (1km), Metro Line 2 at Alexandre Dumas (900m), and for cycling enthusiasts, two Vélib’ stations less than 200m from the apartment. 🚲🚉

And finally, if you’re a fan of Édith Piaf, Oscar Wilde, Honoré de Balzac, or even Yves Montand... Père-Lachaise Cemetery is really close by... 😜
