Typical parisian appartement sunny,arty and vintage style in a nice, young, central and calm neigbourhood.

A large and sunny living room (With a 1 person bed for you), a small office and a cosy bedroom (for me). Kitchen and bathroom small, basic and fonctional, and entirely new.

The building is typicly parisian, clean and old with a wooden staircase. 3rth floor - no elevator internet (WIFI conection). NO TV!!! (but lots of books!)

Beware: In order to receive you the best I can, I do not accept last minut reservations.

Olivier was a charming host, very welcoming and available while remaining discreet. We were able to dine and chat on the first evening. The apartment is ideally located, clean and functional. I highly recommend.

Olivier is a welcoming and very thoughtful host. Beyond the impeccable quality of the accommodation (comfort, perfect cleanliness, ideal location, tastefully decorated) which alone would justify choosing his listing, I will remember the wonderful moments of genuine exchange and mutual understanding that marked my stay, greatly facilitated by his natural kindness and simplicity. Easy to get along with, Olivier seems driven by sincere curiosity about his guests, whose well-being he cares about. The delicacy of his attention is matched only by his discretion.

Very friendly and warm welcome from Olivier in his quiet apartment on a small street in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Great conversation about politics (respecting each other's views), theater, and music. Bonus: Olivier coached me for a sketch I need to perform for a friend's birthday. I recommend Olivier and his apartment without any hesitation.

This short stay with Olivier and Antoine was a truly delightful moment. From the first messages to departure, not forgetting the sweet 'good morning' notes left with breakfast, everything was perfect! I highly recommend them!
