I offer a comfortable sofa bed (180×120 cm) located in the living area of my apartment (living room, dining area and semi-open kitchen). It's simple, warm and ideal for travelers looking for a well-located, affordable place to stay.
IMPORTANT:
1. The apartment has no wifi connection.
2. A nursery school is located just behind the apartment. From Monday to Friday, during the school term, you may hear children playing during break times. The rest of the time, the apartment is very quiet.
Shared space: My bedroom is separate, but we'll be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom. So there's no real privacy, although I'll always try to give you as much space as possible.
I'm a simple, friendly person, so I'm sure sharing will go smoothly. I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about the city and share my favorite places with you.
You'll have sheets and towels at your disposal, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a good meal.
Naturism is accepted and optional.
Location: The apartment is in the 11th arrondissement, in a quiet, safe and well-connected neighborhood. The area is not touristy, but full of cafés, restaurants, shops and local life.
- Less than 10 minutes' walk away, you'll find 6 metro/RER lines, making it easy to reach the whole city.
- Railway stations: 20-30 min by metro.
- Airports: about 1 h by metro/RER.
