Convertible sofa in eastern Paris

I’m offering a comfortable sofa bed (180×120 cm) located in the living area of my apartment (living room, dining area, and semi-open kitchen). It’s a simple, cozy place to stay—ideal for travelers looking for a well-located and affordable spot.

IMPORTANT: 1. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. 2. There’s a preschool right behind the apartment. From Monday through Friday during the school year, you may hear children playing during recess. The rest of the time, the apartment is very quiet.

Shared Space: My bedroom is separate, but we’ll share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. So there isn’t much privacy, though I’ll always make sure to give you as much space as possible.

I’m a down-to-earth and friendly person, so I’m sure we’ll get along just fine. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have about the city and share my favorite spots with you.

Sheets and towels will be provided, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a good meal.

Nudism is accepted and optional.

Location: The apartment is located in the 11th arrondissement, in a quiet, safe, and very well-connected neighborhood. The neighborhood isn’t touristy, but it’s full of cafés, restaurants, shops, and local life.

- Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find 6 metro/RER lines, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

- Train stations: 20–30 min by metro.

- Airports: about 1 hour by metro/RER.

I’m flexible with arrival and departure times.
