I offer you a lovely, cosy and comfortable 30m2 apartment/studio with good lighting and a magnificent, unobstructed view over Paris in the pretty, chic and quiet Picpus district in the 12th arrondissement of Paris (near Bercy, Gare de Lyon and Bastille).

The kitchen is separate and very well equipped. The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub and shower. The apartment is brand new.

I have a large, comfortable bed that I can share without any problem. I also have a comfortable sofa bed for guests who are a little more sensitive and prefer to sleep on their own. There's everything you'll need for your stay.

The apartment is located on the top floor (8th floor) with two elevators available.

The apartment is conveniently located: 3 minutes' walk from the metro (lines 8 and 6), 10 minutes from line 14 (Cours Saint-Emillion), 15 minutes from the Accor Arena and Bercy bus station (Flixbus), and 20 minutes' walk from Gare de Lyon. Orly airport is 20 minutes away ******** airport (CDG) is 30 minutes away by car/VTC.

There are plenty of large supermarkets, artisanal bakeries and good restaurants and bistros in the area. Parc de Bercy and Bois de Vincennes are just around the corner.

Please note: this is a space shared with me.

Fun fact: if you saw and loved the film "Before Sunset" by Julie Delphy and Ethan Hawke, I live just 5 minutes from the Coulée verte and the viaduct where they walk in the film. The Coulée verte is always a good idea for a nice walk in the sun (or rain) in the beautiful city of Paris.

Such a lovely stay at Tristan's place! Tristan was super sweet, welcoming, and easy to talk to, and he made me feel at home right away. Tristan is a wonderful host. He is very welcoming and makes you feel at home right away. When communicating with him, it feels as if you have known him for years. The apartment is exactly as described. There is a metro station and public transport very close by, making it easy to get around Paris. The next time I visit Paris, I would be more than happy to stay with Tristan again. I highly recommend him and his apartment!
