Shared studio Paris 13ème Olympiades (Métro 14) Near Orly and Bercy

It was my very first Mr.B&B experience and Julien did a great job in every sense. Communication before my arrival and recieving directions how to get to his location was excellent. His place is a cute&cozy little museum for gamers ;) And brutalist fans get there share in Olympique neighbourhood. There is a nice parc nearby, for doing workout. Definately recommended!!

The short stay at Julien's was perfect. Everything matched the description (and even a bit more given how perfectly arranged the apartment is and impeccably clean). The highlight: the welcome reserved by Julien, who was flexible with the schedule and spent quality time with me during the two evenings I spent at his place. Everything went very smoothly with him from my arrival. A perfect stay from start to finish. One of my best stays on misterbnb. I will return with great pleasure. Thank you Julien. Everything was perfect.

Julien was amazing host! Everything went perfect. Due to my last minute change in travels, I ended looking for accommodation just night before arrival, and Julien was kind to respond immediately and organize everything to host me. So much appreciated!!! He is very polite, respectful and handsome man, with a bright welcoming smile that makes one feel just like home right from the start! His place is super clean, beautifully arranged, the view is amazing and the bed was super comfy - I was able to sleep and rest perfectly after long day of work. My warmest recommendations to all fellow travelers! Hope to come back soon :-)

I had such a lovely stay with Julien. From the very beginning, i was wowed by how beautiful and fun his apartment is, and everything felt incredibly natural and easy. He's warm, thoughtful, and genuinely lovely to be around. There were times that made these few days unexpectedly special, and I left wishing I could have stayed just a little longer!!

My very first misterb&b and i love Julien and his apartment! Thank you for being patient with the check in since my train got delayed and I arrived past midnight. The apartment is super cozy and has a nice view (even if he said there's no Eifel tower but it still beautiful to me!). A memorable trip in Paris and I will definitely coming back!

I don't have the words to describe how amazing my stay was. Julien was an absolutely wonderful person with me, so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. The apartment was incredible, impeccable, and perfectly located. I was completely charmed by the way he had decorated it, everything was beautiful and you really felt at home. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. So amazing! A truly unique experience, timeless. I loved everything... The apartment is splendid, bright and super stylish, and the bed is perfect. Communication with Julien is easy and smooth, check-in is very simple. The cherry on top: Julien is a true gem of kindness and humor. Julien is an ideal host for anyone visiting Paris for a short time. His apartment is near two metro lines and easily connects with Orly airport. He is very sociable and enjoys having guests from around the world. A pain au chocolat from the nearby boulangerie and a fresh coffee opens up conversation! Arranging arrival and departure times was easy. The bed is comfortable with great views of Paris through the windows. Julien has fast internet and a good taste in art as well. To be recommended!
