I welcome you to my 35 m2 studio in the heart of Paris' Asian district.

You'll sleep in my bed, and I'll take the sofa in the same room. The accommodation is therefore shared, in a simple and respectful spirit, ideal for a short stay in Paris 🏙

Whenever possible, I like to take the time to welcome my guests and chat over a coffee or a drink ☕🍷 while respecting each person's rhythm and privacy.

I'm not a naturist, but I don't mind if my guests feel comfortable in my home😊.

Arrival can be at any time depending on my schedule ⏰ Feel free to let me know when you book what time you'd like to arrive!

On weekdays, I get up around 8am, but I make sure to be discreet if you'd like to sleep in longer 😌

I had such a lovely stay with Julien. From the very beginning, i was wowed by how beautiful and fun his apartment is, and everything felt incredibly natural and easy. He's warm, thoughtful, and genuinely lovely to be around. There were times that made these few days unexpectedly special, and I left wishing I could have stayed just a little longer!!

My very first misterb&b and i love Julien and his apartment! Thank you for being patient with the check in since my train got delayed and I arrived past midnight. The apartment is super cozy and has a nice view (even if he said there's no Eifel tower but it still beautiful to me!). A memorable trip in Paris and I will definitely coming back!

I don't have the words to describe how amazing my stay was. Julien was an absolutely wonderful person with me, so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. The apartment was incredible, impeccable, and perfectly located. I was completely charmed by the way he had decorated it, everything was beautiful and you really felt at home. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So amazing! A truly unique experience, timeless. I loved everything... The apartment is splendid, bright and super stylish, and the bed is perfect. Communication with Julien is easy and smooth, check-in is very simple. The cherry on top: Julien is a true gem of kindness and humor. There aren't enough stars on this platform to say how much I recommend it. I'll be back as soon as possible!

Julien is an ideal host for anyone visiting Paris for a short time. His apartment is near two metro lines and easily connects with Orly airport. He is very sociable and enjoys having guests from around the world. A pain au chocolat from the nearby boulangerie and a fresh coffee opens up conversation! Arranging arrival and departure times was easy. The bed is comfortable with great views of Paris through the windows. Julien has fast internet and a good taste in art as well. To be recommended!

Just perfect!! The apartment is great, the view is amazing, the welcome is incredible. The decor and atmosphere are perfect but the best part is obviously Julien's personality who does everything to welcome you in the best conditions! I shouldn't give out the address, I'd have less chance of getting availability to go back but come on, go for it!!
