Great stay at Francois's place, which I highly recommend! The apartment matched the description perfectly: clean, comfortable and pleasant to live in. Its location is a real asset, ideally situated close to the train station, which greatly facilitates travel. I also appreciated his availability and kindness. He shared quality recommendations with me about restaurants, food shops and great local spots in the neighborhood. A big thank you for the welcome and all these valuable tips. I will gladly return on my next visit!

Francois was a great host! The place exceeded my expectations and was even better than the photos. He was accommodating and responsive. The location was excellent, close to the train and metro, with a great bakery nearby. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it.

François's spontaneity is remarkable. Despite my last-minute request, he did everything to arrange my stay, filled with touching gestures. A pleasant apartment to live in where it's easy to unwind after a long work day. Close to all amenities, it's ideally located in the heart of Paris. My only regret: not being able to chat more with François, given my schedule... but it's only postponed :)

François is a very charming person who puts you at ease immediately. A Parisian by adoption, he will guide you in finding happiness in the heart of this beautiful city. A handsome, cultured and generous man, he offers a functional and very comfortable apartment, ideally located near several metro stations, allowing you to quickly reach the different neighborhoods of Paris. Thank you for this stay.
