Xavier welcomed me at a late hour, after I notified him. Xavier is a very friendly host with whom I was able to have a pleasant conversation. The apartment is nicely decorated and matches the description provided. I would gladly return!

Perfect location very close to Paris, Xavier provided all details necessary before my stay and the communication was good while I stay at his place. I was welcomed and spent a nice evening with Xavier.
