I rent my bed, and sleep on the sofa! Come and discover a small apartment close to the Tour Eiffel district. A stone's throw from metro Javel ******** RER C. Right next to the Parc Andre Citroen. Nice balcony with plants (full sun in the morning), table and chairs. Electric shutters, quiet accommodation in a family neighborhood. You can share my studio apartment in the heart of Paris. Very secure residence with 24/24 receptionist. Nudists welcome :)

Warm welcome guaranteed, not far from the quays, you'll have plenty to walk around while still being very close to the center of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. I mainly rent out my bed for reasons of community and friendly encounters :) I also offer to make breakfast for you or to leave you the elements if you wish to do it yourself. All personalities are welcome!

Very good stay at Kévin's! The apartment is pleasant, bright, and well-located in the 15th district, close to public transport and many shops. The bedroom was comfortable and the welcome was warm. Kévin is a friendly, discreet, and available host. I highly recommend it for a stay in Paris!

Although small, the house is very well organized and impeccably clean. It is located a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower. Kevin is charming, attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend it.

Kévin is a lovely, attentive and thoughtful host. His apartment (in a prestigious building) is superb! The layout gave me the feeling that I wasn't sharing a studio. The terrace overlooks a Parisian view. In short, a great address in Paris to add to any good travel guide.
