55m2 apartment with lots of light. Double living room with unobstructed view, balcony, 1 bedroom, large bathroom, separate toilet. 6th floor, view of the Sacré-Coeur.

This summer, I'm renting out my entire apartment during the Olympics at the same price as the room, in exchange for taking care of the cat and plants :). Close to the Olympic Village and sites such as the Stade de France.

A 5-minute walk from 2 metro stations. (new automatic high-speed line 14 takes you to the gay Marais district in 20 minutes). 6th floor, balcony, view of Montmartre's Sacré Coeur.

Hi, Nice and bright apartment. 55 square meter. Balcony, view over the Sacré-Coeur. This summer, during the olympics, i rent the apartment same price as the room, in exchange of the cat and plants being taken care of. Near the olympic athlete's village. the Marais, Paris' gay area, can be reached in 20mn with subway line 14.

Marc is a very likeable and helpful host. The bright apartment in a typical Paris-style property is situated in an up-and-coming neighbourhood with interesting restaurants and bars. I felt very much at ease and had interesting chats with Marc about arts, travelling, food and so on ...Thank you!

Marc is super welcoming, warm, smiling and trusts his guests. Haussmann-style apartment with parquet flooring, super clean, well-organized and Marc offers his double bed to the visitor. A few tips were given by Marc for nearby restaurants and shops. I recommend with eyes closed.

Marc is a charming person, very attentive to his guests! He made himself available to welcome me and we immediately shared an aperitif. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is complete and delicious. Nice evening sharing our different travels. I will come back without hesitation and highly recommend.
