Grand studio avec balcon/Large bright balcony studio

Baptiste is a very kind host, the apartment is perfectly clean, cosy and bright, no overlooking neighbours, open to the sky. Perfect for my 2-day stay but I will definitely come back for longer. There were even coffee capsules and everything needed in the bathroom which saved me from bringing shower gel and shampoo for 2 days! Great!

Baptiste's spacious studios is well equipped and comfortable, the location is great with underground and bus stops nearby. Gare du Nord and CDG airport are on a direct line. Communication is extremely easy, Baptiste is fluent in English, welcoming and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful studio, bright and clean with all amenities. I really enjoyed having breakfast in the sun on the large balcony. I found the bed very comfortable and that's important when traveling :-) . And it's well located, in a pleasant neighborhood, close to everything. Baptiste is very kind and available.

I loved the big windows with uninterrupted view as Paris apartments can be quite claustrophobic. The street was very quiet, close to shops and excellent bakeries. The studio is situated between 3 different metro lines ensuring good connections. Bed, cushions and duvet were superb; the mechanism to open and close the bed is very easy, ensuring plenty of space to do yoga. I enjoyed taking meals in the studio instead of going outdoors. A cosy place I wish to come back to.

Nice appartment with a great location within walking distance from Paris catacombs, Pantheon, Luxembourg gardens, nice restaurants, bakeries etc. Baptiste is a great host, available all the time. He even walked us to the appartment from the bus stop after arrival and gave us tips for our stay in Paris. Highly recommend.

Baptiste's place is great— comfort, location, accessibility. And he's a helpful, courteous host. I look forward to staying there again !

Baptiste has a very nice, clean apartment in central Paris, nicely located near Latin Quarter and Luxembourg Gardens. He was very resourceful in giving us recommendations on local bars and eateries, as well as local transportation, groceries, shops, etc. We even had the chance to go to dinner and drinks with him, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was very nicely furnished in a great area near many shops and restaurants. The bus and train is close by to take you anywhere. Baptiste the host is very nice and always available if you have any question ny ******** text. He even met us at the train station to guide us to the unit. Thank you so much for good memories
