studio line 14, 6 RERC

My partner and I were more than well welcomed by Pierre, who was hyper-responsive, available, and thoughtful. His apartment is ideally and excellently located, clean, and warm. I recommend it with my eyes closed! =)

I booked this apartment remotely for a friend in need following a transport cancellation. Pierre made sure he got the apartment as early as possible despite it still being early for his arrival. I'm really sorry there was confusion regarding the key handover. In any case, I'm leaving a great review for his apartment, his welcome and his responsiveness. I still wanted to thank him.

The apartment is great; compact, full-featured, and tidy. The location is excellent: you are very close to the metro 14 and other amenities, but it is not right next to anything crowded or noisy. Pierre, was a wonderful host and I really appreciated the information and directions. I generally know where I'm going in Paris, but after a long flight I was glad to have a clear reminder of the best route. Thank you so much!

Very good stay. I stayed 4 nights as a solo traveler. The location is ideal on line 14, the studio is comfortable. The host is also thoughtful and very accommodating (schedules, etc). Thank you again!

Pleasant, well-organized, functional studio with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the metro and delicious little restaurants nearby. Pierre welcomed us with a smile and cheerful attitude. I recommend 👍

Superb stay. Top-notch host who is completely available for any question or direction and naturally perfectly friendly and welcoming, a joy. The apartment is nice, nothing crazy but a balcony, the building is secured and above all the location.. Chef's kiss! 3 stops from Châtelet, everything is quickly accessible, 10 minutes from the metro. Quality/price ratio absolutely unbeatable, I almost wanted to keep it secret. Can't wait to come back

Pierre was possibly the most supportive host I've ever encountered. He thoroughly detailed how all appliances and features worked in advance of our stay and kept in close contact if we had any questions. The flat was everything we needed and then some! Definitely keeping this one saved for our next visit!
