To stay in Christian apartment was a great choice made it. You will have everything that you need in the apartment with all proper instructions. He has a book where he explains everything regarding to the apartment, the neighborhood and the easy way to travel to the city. He for the most time isn't at home but you won't need him for anything unless you have an emergency. I recommend this place 100% you won't regret it. Thanks Christian for everything see you soon.

A cosy and quiet room in a beautiful flat in a residential area of Paris. The Metro stop right in front of the building is an amazing advantage. The building in next to a lot of shops, groceries and markets. It is strongly recommended. Christian is a perfect host, always devoted to help you and make your stay perfect.

Christian is a charming, welcoming and very discreet host. The room is located in a comfortable apartment opposite the metro, whose line connects the main points very easily. Highly recommended.

Christian is a very kind and welcoming host, my stay at his place went very well. The room is spacious and pleasant, the apartment is clean and fully equipped. Around the apartment, there is the metro station and all necessary services within fifty meters. I recommend!

Great place to stay in Paris. Really very close to the metro and grocery stores. The bakery on the ground floor is worth a visit. Christian is very friendly, patient and gives us a lot of information. Clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation. We recommend without hesitation!

Christian is an excellent host. All doubts resolved and very pleasant. The best place to stay in Paris. The metro and bus stop are nearby, giving you great mobility around the city. You have many places to eat or get food just one street away. I will return without hesitation! THANK YOU for the parting gifts. They were a lifesaver!

Christian is thoughtful, generous, and easy-going. His guest room is big and well equipped, and his apartment is 1 min walk from the subway. I totally recommend this place.

The place is a good choice to go Marais or other touristic attractions. My host is very nice and helpful guy. I strongly recommend his place. I wish the best.
