Francis was a lovely host and treated me as a personal guest and friend. He communicated clearly the location of the apartment and how to gain access to the flat. Gave me tips and directions for my visit. He was kind enough to offer dinner on my first night there and breakfast throughout my stay - and I got to taste his homemade jam which was delicious. I appreciated my time there and it made me enjoy my visit to Paris.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Francis's place. He is really nice, easy-going, generous and helpful. I didn't expect him to prepare breakfast for me! His apartment is very quiet, spacious, bright and well located. I wouldn't hesitate to book with him on a future visit to Paris.

The apartment is very well located, close to everything but away from tourist nonsense. You can reach many places by metro, bus, bike or on foot, plus it has excellent connections to airports and stations. The room is perfect and I've slept very well. Besides being spacious, the space is bright and clean. Francis is truly a pleasant, cheerful man and the perfect host. I felt right at home and it was a pleasure to share his home with him, like two lifelong friends. I recommend it 100%

Francis is a perfect host: welcoming and thoughtful, while remaining discreet. I felt immediately at ease, almost like "at home". Communication is easy and pleasant, and it's also a wonderful meeting! The apartment is very pleasant and comfortable, in a quiet and safe building, ideally located for my stay: very close to the meeting room for my work, but also very close to the "coulée verte", which offers a lovely stroll to the Bastille. I highly recommend it, of course, and I confirm all the previous favorable reviews!
