Beyond amazing! Yannick & Alain were the best hosts ever, they helped us with everything. The appartment was pretty nice and very spacious. The neighborhood and the surroundings were nice and clean. A lot of metro stations and buses by walking. Definitely we will book with Yannick and Alain again

We had a very pleasant stay. Perfect welcome, hearty breakfast, large quiet room. The location is ideal for getting to the metro or walking around. We will be happy to return during our Parisian getaways!

Yannick and Alain are great hosts and make you very welcome. It is a lovely room in their appartement and was a really good location, with lots of local eating places and easy to explore Paris on foot or get around on public transport. The breakfast fresh from the local bakery and home made jam was very much appreciated. I would recommend this place to others

WOW...what a great hosts and studio. Alain and Yannick went all out to help me plan my 4 day visit to Paris. They both were amazing. The apartment was lovely. Spacious and very clean. It was easy for me to get everywhere I wanted to go. I'm a walker so it did take effort to get around but the apartment is on a bus line and well located to get around. The neighborhood has everything needed so many quaint, charming and interesting restaurants, bars and attractions close by but also in walking distance. I loved that they helped me plan my day so I could maximize my visit and that they provided insight about the culture and history. I very much enjoyed their company and their willingness to help in any way. Definitely in my opinion a 5 star experience in every way.
