I really enjoyed my stay at Bertrand and Eric's place during a trip to Paris. They were very welcoming and flexible, even when I had to change my arrival time day-of. The location was incredible and Bertrand and Eric were able to give me some great recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay near Le Marais!

I absolutely loved staying with Bertrand and Eric! They were amazing hosts who greeted me with local wine and cheeses as we got to know each other on the terrace and they shared highlights of their city. They were respectful and communicative, and even helped me pack up some art that I bought at the flea market. They were great hosts and have an amazing space, and I'd definitely stay with them again next time I'm in Paris!

It's a very convenient location, I almost went walking to all areas. The apartment is in a very charming building with an amazing staircase and the structure of an old building, and once on the top floor there is a very cozy terrace and the room is in a mezzanine with views to the sky. I had a great time there, and I could rest very well. Bertrand and Eric were very welcoming and willing to help and resolve, and I also had a lot of independency but they were very present if I needed. Definitely a place I would love to go back.

Bertrand and Eric where great to deal with and my stay was very comfortable and welcoming. I did not have a lot of time to interact as Bertrand was away for the weekend and Eric came in the evening . I was out an about so much we never crossed paths much but they where both amazing and welcoming as I said and felt very at home. Eric even got up at 530 in the morning to make coffee before I left early in the morning to catch a flight. Apartment, private sleeping arrangement and private bathroom was excellent. The location could not have been better. The only thing I would maybe mention to some that it is at the top of the stairs and there is no elevator. Not an issue for me but just for those who may have issue with it. I am use to that and the character of the building makes it a non issue. Two great patio spaces and I had my coffee on the one two days as well as sat in the sun to enjoy it. I would highly recommend the location and would definitely go rent this space again. It was a more than lovely stay with Bertrand & Eric. We had a warm welcome, they made a homemade cake, and Bertrand gives us a short walk in the quarter. Super location near the Marais, centre Pompidou, 2 minutes walk from metro. A very charming and cosy location 😃
