Our stay with Stéphane and Franck exceeded all our expectations. They are a very kind and welcoming couple, and we felt at home right away. They greeted us warmly and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy a wonderful weekend in Paris. Highly recommended!

Just a short one-night stay with Franck and his partner. The duplex apartment is wonderful with a 360-degree view of Paris. The bedroom is very comfortable and the private bathroom is a great plus. Unfortunately, our conflicting schedules didn't allow us to interact much, but Franck and his partner are wonderful and thoughtful people. I had a great breakfast. I highly recommend Franck's apartment if you want to visit Paris.

Wow factor! On the communication and especially the welcome from Franck and Stéphane. Wow also for the superb large apartment just steps from the Seine, the metro and the Genius of the Bastille. And wow equally for the circular view between the Panthéon and Montmartre. And finally, wow for the blueberry jam at breakfast!
