Large bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet opposite bedroom. Excellent location just a few minutes from three metro stations (Voltaire, Rue-Saint-Maur and Père-Lachaise), and a 20-minute walk from Le Marais. Numerous restaurants and supermarkets, LGBT+ bookstores, LGBT+ bars and clubs nearby. Swimming pools and fitness centers within 15-20 minutes' walk. Breakfast included. Naturism accepted. Naturist pool (12th arrondissement) 25 minutes by bus. Official naturist area in Bois de Vincennes 40 minutes by bus.
