Near the Marais: Room & breakfast Design apartment 11th arrondissement

Luca was a charming and interesting host. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at his apartment.

Thank you to Luca for a wonderful stay in the 11th arrondissement. The apartment is in a perfect location - plenty of cafes, bars, bistros, brasseries within a few seconds walk, and a pleasant buzz of local life - the location is within walking distance to many interesting areas of Paris. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped and Luca is a charming host - very kind and welcoming with interesting conversation and recommendations for any visit.

Wonderful host. Beautiful flat close to the centre. Luca gave plenty of recommendations and even let me store my luggage for a while after check out.

It was a pleasure staying at Luca's place. He was very communicative from the moment he accepted my request and got to his place. He is very friendly and provided tips on places to visit. His place is clean and conveniently located. It is close to a Metro and the neighborhood has a lot of dining options. He made sure that I was comfortable in my room and provided some coffee, cereal and toast for breakfast. I highly recommend staying at Lucas's place. I will stay here again in the future.

Luca is very accommodating and attentive. He even prepared breakfast. He provided tips on how to get to the attractions the easiest way. He is very knowledgeable and well spoken. Had a great time in his home. Well recommended!

What can I say this is one of the best misterbb I have stayed in, from the pre communication explaining all required to arriving the host was extremely helpful, even printing off local places of interest, as far for the accommodation its extremely clean modern, and a fabulous breakfast included, i ate out or got food in, but a couple of nights the host made some fabulous Italian soup for me, the location is amazing right near volataire underground, where you can get a weeks pass for 34 euro bus and train unlimited, also there is a gym 10 minutes walk,and as for restaurants bars right outside the front door my favourite was Chanceux St-Maur 3 x courses for 22 euro amazing food, i will definitely be coming back and staying here, i can now call the host my friend

It was a comfortable and lovely stay at Luca’s home. The room was quite spacious. I could use the living room freely. The bathroom was excellent with plenty of hot water and a strong shower head. It gave me a great wake-me-up every morning and I was ready to enjoy the city. Luca was very helpful in every way - sharing his knowledge about the city and giving useful tips in where to visit and especially how to navigate the public transportation system of Paris. It was actually quite straightforward- with the excellent weekly-pass, I could hop on the RER train to and from the airport, the Metro, and also the buses unlimited times. Luca’s place was closed to a number of Metro stations, and also to the very convenient bus to the city centre, no 69 (no pun intended!). And I did take the advantage of trying all three public transport vehicles. I was offered excellent coffee, fruit juice, and breakfast every day and I was encouraged to help myself to them as and when I wanted them. Luca also made me a wonderful hot chocolate before I left for the airport this morning. A very kind and friendly man he is I fell in love with Paris for the first time, and staying at Luca’s was a great addition to my marvellous experience with this great city. Antony Luca
