Oh, I wish I could have stayed for a few more days! Philippe is truly one of the best hosts, so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly insightful. I couldn't have asked for a better location, it's just a 3-minute walk to the metro, with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The privacy was 100%, and the cleanliness was absolutely top notch. I had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! ❤

This was our first hosted stay. Philippe and Serge were friendly and very helpful. The space is nice and comfortable and the location is great for easy access to the metro system. Good assortment of restaurants and cafes nearby. With closed access to the street it was nice that it was not busy and noisy with traffic. Worked great for our stay in Paris.

Great communication and pleasant stay with Philippe. He reached out well in advance of my arrival and offered clear instructions. He was accommodating with schedule changes and early check-in. Building is in a very safe and secure location. Comfortable double bed and facilities. Stunning stainless steel kitchen. Location is much, much better than any crowded tourist area. A short walk to the metro and you can reach anywhere in Paris with lignes 2,4, 9 or connection.

The stay at Philippes and Serges apartment was amazing. Even though we arrived later than we had said, they were super flexible and chill about it. We also stayed there on the hottest days of the year and they did everything they could to make it as bearable as possible in the apartment. They were very friendly and open and provided us with recommendations for anything we needed. Also the apartment and room look even better than in the pictures. All in all a very comfortable stay, would return anytime!

Very pleasant stay, very good welcome from Philippe and Serge. The room offered is spacious and very comfortable, with a small private bathroom with shower. Located in a very beautiful secure building in a nice neighborhood close to Métro Nation. So perfect for a good stay, I highly recommend it!

Philippe and Serge were wonderful hosts for our short trip to Paris. The apartment is beautiful, the bedroom clean and comfy, and the view from the balcony is amazing at sunset! Our hosts made sure we were warmly welcomed every time we returned to the apartment, and each time we set out into the city. They graciously offered the use of their kitchen, as well as coffee and tea. The neighborhood is lovely and bustling with activity, and it's convenient to lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes. It's also very close to several Metro lines. They were savvy and bountiful sources of information about getting the most from our short visit. We had no time to waste, and they made sure we were well-equipped to see and do what was most important to us. The only sad thing is that we did not get to spend enough time there to get to know Philippe, Serge, and Paris better. We really felt at home during our stay. We will be looking them up again for our next Paris visit, and you should too!
