We welcome you to a renovated 102 m2 Haussmann-style Parisian apartment in a quiet (!) courtyard setting. The old-world charm (herringbone parquet flooring, moldings...) has been preserved... 3 mn walk from Maraîchers station (line 9)
Located in the backyard, you're protected from the noise. A small paved courtyard at the rear of the building still retains traces of the mansion's former stables and barn.
The 8 m2 room also has its own bathroom (with shower), WC and TV... Enough to be self-sufficient!
Access to the kitchen, living room and dining room (65 m2) is possible, as well as the use of: video projector, Amazon Prime, Netflix, video library on server, PS3 & 4 and Wii consoles, DVD player and iMac.
A nearby parking space is available at an additional cost.
