I offer a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed in the shared room (living room) of my bright apartment (50m2) in the 11th arrondissement in St Sébastien Froissart, near the Marais. On the 3rd floor with elevator in a quiet building.

Lines 5, 8 and 9 at the end of the street. Lines 3 and 11 very close. Lively neighborhood, shops open 7/7, many restaurants, bars, museums, etc.

I have my own separate bedroom, and the apartment also has a kitchen and bathroom. It will be a pleasure to help you make the most of Paris by sharing my good addresses 🙂

I sometimes do dog sitting, so the presence of a (small) dog is possible 🐶

I had a one night layover in Paris on my way to Bordeaux and got to stay in this very cozy and perfectly located apartment of Arnaud. He's a super lovely, welcoming and caring host with plenty of local recommendations. The check-in couldn't be easier with picking up the keys nearby as he was still working when I arrived. I had a fantastic time and am very glad I got to meet Arnaud. Thank you for making me feel like home!! 🫶

Arnaud is an exceptional host! The apartment is very nice and very peaceful. The location is excellent if your intention is to stay in Le Marais. There's a metro station 100 meters away which connects you with everything. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Hopefully one day we can return!

Arnaud was very nice and able to accommodate our early arrival and departure times flexibly. We felt very welcomed and had a great few days in Paris thanks to some local recommendations from Arnaud. He was always quick to respond and happy to help. His place was very clean and the sofa bed comfortable. Would definitely recommend Arnaud's place to anyone visiting Paris!

My stay at Arnaud's had only one single downside: that it was so short! Despite me only spending one night, he went out of his way to be an incredibly welcoming host, making sure I was comfortable (the sofa bed definitely is) and even inviting me along to a yoga class he was teaching. His place is filled with light, charming objects, and ideally located just on the edge of the Marais. I can definitely recommend staying with Arnaud when you're in Paris!
