I just stayed 1 night with Juan Felipe but would love to stay again if I was back in Paris. The apartment is quiet, clean and with several transport options very close by. In the morning you can walk to a local market just 1 minute away and there are several cafes and restaurants nearby

Excellent choice; very good quality for the price. The host is a warm and attentive person. It's an address to keep at the gates of Paris
