Welcome in les Batignolles

Located in the 17th arrondissement, in the heart of the “village des Batignolles”, this is a peaceful 60m2-apartment with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris, a full range of neighboring bars, restaurants & small shops, and is close to the metro stations so you can easily explore the City of Lights!

You'll get a private bedroom with a comfy double bed & desk setup while I'll crash in my roommate room.

Expect a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with a washing machine, a living room with TV & home cinema for a late movie night & a sound system for music-lovers!

For your everyday needs, just step out of the building to find coffee shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets & a covered market (and I’ll gladly share where to find the best croissants in town!)

For the more adventurous, it’s just a 30-minute walk to get to the Sacré Coeur (in Montmartre), the Galeries Lafayette (next to the Opéra Garnier) or the Arc de Triomphe (on the Champs Elysées). Or you could just take the metro (M13, M14) to dash into the city (15 minutes to get in the city center and also the main LGBTQ+ neighborhood) or even go all the way to Versailles (1h with the L train)!
