Room+private bathr. in big flat (80sqm) in Montmartre - 3rd f.+lift

You can stay in my guest room in my spacious apartment (80m2), on the 3rd floor with elevator (rare in Montmartre). It has 2 bedrooms, a dining and living room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (one of which will be your own bathroom during your stay). The apartment was completely renovated 5 years ago, and is typically Parisian in a 19th century building (wooden floors, ceiling moldings and fireplace). It is decorated in a modern style with a limited amount of furniture and an emphasis on open space. The brightness and unobstructed view from the living room will let you appreciate the place.
The guest bedroom is secluded and has a desk and a separate bathroom that will be reserved for you during your stay.
The apartment is REALLY located in the heart of Paris - Montmartre, at the crossroads of Rue des Martyrs and Rue des Abbesses - renowned for their stores, boutiques and restaurants, making it ideal for days out visiting Paris.

The guest room is not very large, but bright and comfortable, with 1 bed for 2 people, 1 wardrobe (half of which is empty to hold your own things), a desk with wifi connection and a chair. The guest room is on the opposite side of the apartment from my own room. So we don't disturb each other, and there's no risk of getting in each other's way.
