In a stylishly renovated 3-room Haussmann-style shared apartment (65 m2) on Boulevard Barbès, 40 meters from the Château-Rouge metro station (Line 4), on the fourth floor, with double-glazed windows, a gay, athletic, non-smoker is renting out a furnished private room of 14 m2. The living room, bathroom, kitchen, and toilet are shared.

The house is beautiful and very charming. The bed is extremely comfortable and located in a spacious, bright room with a large wardrobe dedicated to guests. The apartment smells wonderfully clean and is just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy and convenient to reach any destination. Alexandre is a wonderful host — he made me feel completely at home, and I would like to thank him again for his help with the riders.

Had a lovely stay in Alexander's home. Beautiful apartment with a high standard of cleanliness. Alexandre communicates well and is happy to chat. He creates a relaxed environment. The location of the apartment is very central, markets nearby, central to Paris, only a few easy stations away anywhere by Metro or simply walk. It's a pleasant walk around Paris checking out the lovely stores and architecture. I definitely would stay with Alexandre again next time I visit Paris. Thanks Alexandre.

Alexander was a wonderful host who made me feel completely at home. His place is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, clean, and in an amazing location. It was quiet, bright, and super comfortable, which made it easy to relax and also stay productive. I got a lot of work done during my stay, which says a lot about how peaceful the space is. Would definitely stay here again!

This has to be one of the most beautiful spaces I've ever stayed in. The apartment is flawless and Alexandre is so incredibly welcoming. The apartment is conveniently located close to metro and international train connections. Montmartre is a short walk away if you wanted to explore off the beaten track
