You will benefit from - particularly peaceful surroundings - quality bedding (double sofa bed) - access to our fully-equipped kitchen - access to the balcony for relaxation

The bedroom is glazed towards the living room, but has blinds for added privacy.

Important: please note that the apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator.

Marvellous! The Room is just perfect and independent with a super nice balcony and a view from the 5th floor great on summer evenings . Loïc and Yes were absolutely nice and helpful all along, giving suggestions and even booking places for us. The flat is charming and modern but with a chic Parisian touch. Metro is 5 min distance. We will be back!

Adorable would be the fitting adjective: - for the messages and details received before arrival - for the welcome from Yves and Loïc - for the lovely spacious, calm and bright room - for the quiet alley close to everything A place you'd almost want to keep to yourself
