Private room with queen-size bed 160x200, desk, storage and sofa on the 7th and top floor with 180-degree view of Paris rooftops from Montmartre to Mont Valérien to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Gay roommate. We are 2 in a large apartment and we put one of the rooms on MisterBnB. The wifi is good (fiber optics). Coffee and tea are available in the room. Just a few steps from the Pont Cardinet metro station ******** takes you to Le Marais in 15 minutes.

Nicely decorated bedroom on top floor with amazing view. Close to subway. Restaurants nearby. Christian gave detailed instructions that were easy to follow.

The sunrise view of the Eiffel Tower is to die for !! After midnight it shimmers a bit before all the lights are turned off 3. The place itself is fantastic, conveniently 5 mins walk to the M14 line, 2 stops from the city centre !! Christian is a fantastic host, very flexible, accommodating and checked in a few times to see if I needed anything, all around amazing experience!! I was lucky there were no other guests occupying the second suite at the time, so I got the big bathroom all to myself.

It was a pleasant experience sharing the space. Communication was good at all times and with a willingness to help and guide. The location also seemed good to me for getting around by public transport in the city. I really liked the space, I enjoyed my room and it looks better in person than in photos.
