Welcome to my cozy, warm and bright apartment in the heart of Batignolles (17th arrondissement), between La Fourche, Brochant and Pont Cardinet. The neighborhood is lively, safe and full of cafés, restaurants, bakeries and shops within walking distance.

The apartment is located in a building with an elevator and offers every comfort: hot shower, clean towels, Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen. My room is quiet and comfortable, and has been prepared to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

You'll also come across Markus, my very cuddly cat who's used to visitors - perfect if you're an animal lover.

Public transport access: metro 13 (4mn) and 14 (10mn), direct buses (1mn) to train stations, central districts, and for party-goers, to the Marais (gay district).

I can provide coffee, tea, shower gel, soap, shampoo and other little extras on request.

An ideal place for a comfortable, well-located Parisian stay.
