Between Butte Aux Cailles and Montsouris

I had a splendid visit to Paris! Thank you Christophe (who made me a delicious dinner and was empathetic during one tough moment) and to Frank for the space to enjoy my solo trip. Best wishes!

It was a little farther from the metro than I have been used to but the location is serene and peaceful. I came for the Olympics so I was in and out of the apartment early in the morning and returned late in the night; I had a few conversations with Christophe and he's a lovely gentleman, as well as Frank. It was a heat wave during the first week of the Olympics and one downside was that there was no AC but because they are located on the top floor and there is a terrace, I was able to open the door/window and allow for the breeze to help keep me cool. Thankful for the safe space!

Christophe and Frank are wonderful hosts! Very friendly and welcoming, I felt like a valued guest in their apartment, and had terrific conversation with them, and they had great recommendations in the neighborhood. The apartment is well located and easily accessible to metro and buses. I was welcomed warmly and shared a lovely dinner with them my first night. Definitely recommend staying with these gentlemen!

Christophe and Frank are amazing people. They are very responsive. Frank even went out of his way to pick me from the station. The location is near metro stations and easy to get to anywhere. The neighborhood is also very cute.

Christophe and Frank were great hosts. When I return to Paris I will see if it's available.

The apartment: comfortable, pretty, welcoming and well located. There are numerous and excellent books, which has always seemed to me to be a ********. The hosts: even better! Frank and Christophe made me feel at home. Overall: highly recommended!

They are a very nice and understanding couple, they are always attentive to everything you need and are willing to help you in any way they can, they even changed my trip for the next day because I had a delay in my flight in Madrid and I arrived late. My experience with them could not have been better. I definitely felt at home, and for sure when I come back to Paris I will come back to them whenever they are available, thank you very much Chris.

Great stay, comfortable and pleasant room, everything you need, good breakfast, well located with 2 metro stations within 10 minutes. Christophe is a good host who makes you feel at ease and is sociable.

Christophe and Franck are friendly. The discussions at breakfast were very pleasant. The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
